In this three part series we will discuss the difference between brow tinting, henna brows and brow tattooing.
Very new, Henna Brows is gaining popularity as it becomes more widely known as a treatment. The advantage of henna brows over a traditional brow tint is that it is designed to stain the skin as well as the brow hair. The stain can last on the skin for up to two weeks and on the brow hair for up to 6 weeks.
The appointment will take 30 minutes. Allow 45 minutes to an hour if you are including threading, waxing or tweezing as well. The actual processing time for the henna is approximately 20 minutes.
Henna Brows is ideal for clients with sparse or over plucked brows. It will fill gaps and add the appearance of fullness. It will give a makeup affect that is semipermanent and very similar to a powder brow tattoo without the permanency.
In fact, if you offer brow tattooing at your salon, henna brows is a great way for your clients to see what powder brows would look like on them before taking the plunge into permanent makeup.
